Limit Heating Process System of Rolling Reheating Furnace

The ultimate heating process system of rolling reheating furnaces is based on the design idea that the higher the production, the better the quality of heating. The essence of the limit heating process system is to determine the heating process based on the improvement of the production efficiency of the reheating furnace

Therefore, according to the design of the reheating furnace according to the ultimate healing process of reheating furnace, there will be no allowable limit value of heating defects when the furnace temperature is set, and the furnace outlet temperature is set to the highest possible level, so as to realize the ultimate heating speed of reheating furnace for billet and make the ultimate level of unit production efficiency fully play. The advantage of the limiting heating process system is that the furnace with the same furnace length has the highest output or can shorten the length of the furnace with the same output, thus reducing the area occupied by the furnace and the construction cost. However, there are many problems with the limit heating process. When the reheating furnace meets the requirement of productivity, the temperature difference of the billet section is large and the oxidation burning loss rate is very high, which causes damage to the furnace wall and the sticking of steel. When the heating quality of the furnace is satisfied, its production efficiency can not meet the requirements of the design value. 

The reason for the above problems lies in the strict original production conditions if the design targets are to be achieved in the design of reheating furnace based on the concept of limited heating. Under extreme heating conditions, minor changes in the original production conditions, such as fuel composition and billet quality, will make the reheating furnace exceed the limit state and cause accidents. 

In addition, under the limited heating process system, the operation level of reheating furnace is very high, the temperature of reheating furnace is slightly increased, and the healing time is slightly prolonged, which will increase the oxidation rate and lead to sticking steel accidents.
